2010 Season Registration
The deadline for early registration is Sunday 2/28. A late fee will be assessed for all registrations that come in after that date. All registrations must be in by 4/1 to guarantee team placement.

On-line Registration
New for the 2010 season is the ability to register on-line.
On-line registration can be paid for by either credit card or check. If paying by check, please send your check as soon as possible after you submit the on-line form with your on-line order number in the memo area to:

If requesting to have a player 'play up' to stay with a sibling - please register them for the correct age group, enter this request in the special comments area, and send an email to registration@kcysa.org. Downward play will not be approved.
Requests to keep non-sibling players on the same team for car pooling reasons except in extenuating circumstances will not be honored. If you need to have your player placed with a certain player, please make note of this in the special comments area and send an email to registration@kcysa.org with your request.
Registration Forms
If you would prefer to register by mail, forms are available below for download or you can pick them up at any registration meeting. All registrations are due with check made payable to KCYSA by February 28, 2010. Registrations postmarked after 2/28 are subject to an increase in fee. All registrations are due on or before April 1 to guarantee team placement. Registrations will be accepted after 4/1 but team placement is not guaranteed.
